Hi! My name is Linda Crane and I have lived across the road from theresa Johnson close to 30 yrs, and watched your homestead grow, passing it many times. She told me about you which is why I read your blog and see the beautiful photos. I am curious about your watercress. Did you remove it to eat? Or why? I am trying to start some in a spring fed creek i have. It is so good to eat. I have a spring h I use we rebuilt, too.⁸
Hello Linda! Nice to meet you! We have tons if watercress that grows wild in our spring. If we don't remove it regularly, it chokes our creek, making it back up and get rather muddy. We left a bit right near the head of the spring, as we want to try eating it at some point!
Glad to see you all at Mass today. Apologies for needing to leave so soon, but we wanted to thank y’all for making such delicious scones!
